Living room	This comfortable lounge is fully fitted with modern furniture for your convenience and pleasure and includes a TV. A bay window overlooks the Village and the Obbe, which in season, is full of Salmon and Sea Trout. There is also an abundance of wildlife to see from this raised vantage point.
Kitchen	This fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those days when you are not eating out, or you simply need to do a washing. The facilities include a Cooker, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Drying Green.
Bedrooms	There are four bedrooms in total, 3 upstairs and one on the ground floor. There are two doubles, one of which is king size (upstairs) and one a standard double (ground floor), there is also a twin room and a single room (upstairs).
Bathroom	This spacious bathroom has an over bath electric shower or if you prefer you can simply luxuriate in the bath.
